tion values of the two registers are 0xA5A5 and
0x5A5A.)

Alarm status #4 ... #1
The alarms are coded as a bit field and are pre-
sented as a single MODBUS register
(Alarm #4 -> 0x0008, alarm #1 -> 0x0001).
By writing a '0'-Bit at the corresponding position a
probably active alarm can be reset. Writing '0000'
resets all alarms.
