Check Procedure
1. Isolate by disconnecting the wiring connectors.
2. Check continuity across the terminals with an
ohm meter.
• Open (OL) = Replace motor
• Resistance = Motor windings are good
3. Check rotor for excessive play or binding
4. Test capacitor
5. Test home position switch
6. Verify relay is closed/powered - if not test door
switches
7. Replace motor controller board
