Nighthawk AC1900 Smart WiFi Router
Note: If you enable Smart Connect and the SSID and passwords for the 2.4
GHz and 5 GHz bands do not match, the WiFi settings for 2.4 GHz
band overwrites the WiFi settings for 5 GHz band.
To enable or disable Smart Connect:
1. Launch a web browser from a computer or WiFi device that is connected to the network.
2. Enter http://www
.routerlogin.net.
A login window displays.
3. Enter the router user name and password.
The user name is admin.
The default password is password. The user name and
password are case-sensitive.
The BASIC Home page displays.
4. Select W
ireless.
5. Select or clear the Enable Smart Connect check box.
Selecting this check box turns on Smart Connect and clearing this check box turns off
Smart Connect.
6. Click the Apply button.
Your settings are saved.
