• Size. Specify the size of probe packets. The default value is 0. The range is 64 to 1472.
The Size you enter is not retained across a power cycle.
The results of the trace after the switch sends a traceroute request to the specified IPv6
address or hostname is displayed in the Results field.
4. Click Apply to initiate the traceroute. The results display in the Results area.
Tech Support Info
To view technical support information:
1. Select Maintenance > Troubleshooting > Tech Support Info.
2. Click Generate Request to display the technical support information that is uploaded from
the device and displayed in the text window. You can then mark this text and copy it to a
local text file on the PC.
The technical support information consists of a list of multiple show commands to provide a
broad view of the device configuration status, as well as protocol-level status. This is usually
used for debug purposes, where multiple configuration and information items are required.
Device information can be gathered with one operation and provided to support engineers
