To view the USB directories and files:
Select System > Management > USB Device Information.
The following fields are displayed:
• Total Size. Size of the USB memory.
• Bytes Used. Number of bytes used.
• Bytes Free. Number of bytes remaining to be used.
The following fields are displayed for each file stored in the USB.
• File Name. Name of file or name of directories included in the selected parent folder.
• Type. Type of file, which can be one of the following:
• Folder. Entry in this line relates to a sub-folder within current folder being viewed.
You can click on folder name to view the contents of the sub-folder.
• File. Entry in line relates to a file.
• Other. Entry in line relates to current or parent folder path.
- Current path entry. Displays full path information for current folder being
displayed
- Parent folder path entry. Allows you to click on this entry and return to
parent folder.
• File Size. Size of file or folder in bytes.
• Modification Time. Last time file was changed.
IP Configuration
Use the IP Configuration screen to configure network information for the management
interface, which is the logical interface used for in-band connectivity with the switch through
any of the switch's front-panel ports. The configuration parameters associated with the
switch's network interface do not affect the configuration of the front panel ports through
which traffic is switched or routed.
To configure the network information for the management interface:
1. Select System > Management > IP Configuration.
2. Select the appropriate radio button in the Current Network Configuration Protocol field to
determine how to configure the network information for the switch management interface:
• Static IP Address. Specifies that the IP address, subnet mask, and default gateway
must be manually configured. Enter this information in the fields below this radio
button.
• Dynamic IP Address (DHCP). Specifies that the switch will obtain the IP address
through a DHCP server.
