3.2.3 Kinetics Evaluation
Generally, a sugar test injection (25 mg/ml in the running buffer) is performed under the same
experimental conditions to help determine the dispersion characteristic of sample injections. For
example, at 20µl/min pump speed, the actual association period is around 200s as shown below [Figure
3.16].

10. Click New Evaluation to open an add evaluation item window. From the Evaluation type drop
down list, choose Kinetics evaluation. Select the desired overlay from the Data box and click OK
[Figure 3.17].
