Loss of one phase at drive output
Output contactor open
Motor not connected or motor

Instantaneous instability in the

Check the connections from the drive to
the motor.
OSF [MAINS
OVERVOLTAGE]
Line voltage too high or line supply
disturbed
Check the line voltage.
USF [UNDERVOLTAGE]
Insufficient line supply or low
voltage condition
Check the supply voltage to the motor
drive.
Motor drive failed Replace the motor drive.
