Does the motor start if you
activate the gun trigger or
foot switch?

Is the setpoint temperature
of the tank below the
temperature recommended
by the manufacturer of the
hot melt?

Is the gun trigger cordset or
foot switch properly
connected to the back of
the melter. Refer to
Connecting Hoses and
Guns in Sec 3, Installation.
Adjust the setpoint
temperature of the tank.
Connect the cordset or foot
switch.

Is the pump key LED
flashing yellow?

Is the pump key LED
illuminated yellow, but not
flashing?
