Set/get main instrument settings and limits.

Baud Rate

Enable/disable LED blink in head. When set to “ON24H” the LED will
illuminate the first 24 hours of the measurement.
ORIENT
Sets the instrument orientation
CMTOUT
Command mode timeout.
DMTOUT
Data retrieval mode timeout.
CFMTOUT
Confirmation mode timeout.

Set or retrieve the Real Time Clock. Note that all parameters must be set when using the
SETCLOCK command.
