This section shows how to wire initiating devices which require 24 VDC operating
power. Figure 2-41 shows wiring for Style D connections and Figure 2-42 shows
wiring for Style B connections.

1. Connect the Power Supervision Relay coil (A77-716B) leads to the last detector
base 24 VDC screw terminal.
2. Calculate the maximum allowable resistance in the 24 VDC detector power wiring
as follows:
