CPLD specification
This section explains how to program CPLD and provide details about the CPLD
memory map.
3.1 CPLD programming
To program CPLD:
1.
Connect Altera USB-blaster to the CPLD header.
2. Run altera\61\quartus\bin\quartus.exe to open Quartus II.
3. Select Tools->Programmer from the menu bar.
