Clean the external surfaces
1. Fill a clean basin with the detergent solution at the temperature and
concentration recommended by the detergent manufacturer.
2. Detach the cap of the biopsy valve (MAJ-853) from the main body of the
valve.

3. Completely immerse the biopsy valve in the detergent solution.
4. Completely immerse all other accessories in the detergent solution.
5. While immersing the accessories completely in the detergent solution,
thoroughly wipe all external surfaces of all accessories, using clean lint-free
cloths or sponges.
6. Take all accessories out of the detergent solution and confirm that no debris
remains on all their external surfaces.
7. If any debris remains, repeat Step 5 and 6 until no debris is observed.
8. When all debris is removed, put the accessories in the detergent solution.
