Index Device
General Description
The index system is a device design for plastic film travelling. It is composed of two rails in which is
driven two pin chains. They are travelling all around the rails of the machine.
The step index travelling is assured by a servo driven motor. It is powering two double pin chains
around a rail system. The chains are grabbing the plastic material by piercing it with the help of the
two slotted rolls located at the top end of the rails.
The rails in between dimension can be modified to accommodate different width of plastic material.
The adjustment is made manually.

width adjustment of the rails.
