Unwind Reel
General Description
To be able to supply film to the machine, the unroller is necessary.
It is consisting of a lifting device, moved by two screws and a single motor. This device is equipped
with a blocking system that keeps the roll with tension and let it rotate freely on its own axis. The
rotation can be controlled with the brake, avoiding that the roll moves because of inertia.
The unroller is also equipped, on its upper part, with a calendar device, used to create a feeding
reserve for the machine indexing system.
