List of functional groups
General descriptions of main devices of the forming equipment
1. Unroller: Has the function to raise and support the reel of material during unrolling
process.
2. Heating Panel(s) (Oven): This device is heating the thermoplastic film.
3. Forming Press tables: It gives shapes to the film accordingly to the mold.
4. Cutting Press: Cut the plastic sheet according to the shape of products and of the
die cutting blades.
5. Stacker: Device for stacking and extractions of thermoformed pieces.
6. Scrap Wrapping Device: Device for wrapping the scrap and removing it.
7. Rails chains (Film Index): It guides linear movement of pin chains for film
indexing.
