Heating Device
General Description
The heating system is a device that provides controlled heat to the non-woven film for melting. This
is done with the help of a ceramic heater which provide an infrared wave that create heating.
The index system described in another chapter, provide to positioning of the film under the heating
panels at each cycle. We calculated the travelling distance of the index versus the maximum speed
of the machine to obtain a temperature that is increasing gradually and can be efficient at the
machine maximum speed.
The setting value of each heating zone is made individually. All devices can be regulated and
stored in the memory. Near the mould station, a pneumatic movement brings the heating carriage
back and forth during the machine’s automatic cycle.
