Adjustments & Setup
Adjusting the discs guide that allow the material to follow the index system straight. Fix internal
dimension equal to width of material. Be sure that the material is centered with the machine center.
There are 4 adjustments area on the index rail system.
At the material exit.
There are 4 disc guides.
Untighten set screws to adjust
their positions.
Between press and stacker.
Between forming station
and cutting station.
At the film entrance.
