The index devices are providing the possibility to stretch the material from the entering zone after
the forming press. It will avoid non-woven film to sag too much when material will be process. For
this reason, two rail adjustment screws are adjusted independently one from the other.
When having different production setup, material thickness can vary. You will need to adjust the
wheel that is compressing the non-woven film on the pin chain. The chains need to have that
compression in order to pierce the material. Untighten set screw located on top of the mounting
block and turn the offset shaft to adjust the height.
