Note: Don’t adjust the delay too short (from the times &counters page). This can cause mechanical
damage if device cycles when the index is still active. Check pictures below.
The Stacker delay is used to save time on the automatic cycle process. If delay is more than 0,
stacker will start to move when the index cycle is starting. If it is at 0, it will start at the end of the
index cycle.
Note: Don’t adjust the delay too short (from the times &counters page). This can cause mechanical
damage if device cycles when the index is still active. Check pictures below.
Pay attention while using the stacker system in automatic mode,
otherwise, using it with bad shape productions can get products to get
stuck inside the system. Not doing so may result in injuries or
mechanical damage.
