Note: Remove the X lock wood pieces (rear right and left) the locked ovens carriage during
transportation.
Note: Re-position the manifold for chiller and thermoregulator water connections on the rear side
of machine frame.
Don’t forget to remove
these two pieces of wood
Slide and close by using
Hex Key the two fixing nuts
