when performing PID control.
5-1-1 Simple PID Control
Function block used: Basic PID (Block Model 011)
Use the Field I/O Terminal blocks (AI 4-point/AO 4-point Terminal blocks, etc.)
as the analog input/outputs.
Note When the square root function is used in flowrate control, insert the Square
Root block (Block Model 131) in analog input.
