the CPU Unit is 0 ms.

Note 1. Depending on the slot to which the Customizable Counter Unit is mounted, it
may not be possible to complete power interruption processing correctly
(e.g., saving counter values, ending instruction execution, etc.).
2. When the Customizable Counter Unit is restarted from the CPU Unit, power
interruption processing is not performed and saving counter values and
ending instruction execution will not be possible. Whenever possible, stop
the Customizable Counter Unit using the RUN/STOP Command Bit before
resetting it from the CPU Unit. (Even in this case, counter values will not be
held correctly.
