Data is exchanged between the CPU Unit and the Customizable Counter Unit
via the Special I/O Unit Area and DM Area words allocated to Special I/O Units.
The words in these two areas that are allocated to the Customizable Counter
Unit are determined by the setting of the unit number switch on the front of the
Unit.
