Sensor Installation Recommendations (for Car warning)
When installing the sensor, install the pole so that the layout is as shown in the figure below.
If the installation direction or height of the sensor is not correct, it will not operate properly.
Installation height : The underside of the sensor is 500 mm from the ground
       
Installation angle : Aim at 30 ° toward the path of the vehicle
 
Install the sensor on the vehicle path side to detect.
When detecting vehicles on both sides, install them on the vehicle path side respectively.

Cannot be detected across the opposite lane.

Adjust the detection distance so that the detection area does not extend into the oncoming lane (Refer P8
“6-2. Concept of detection range).
A reverse-way vehicle may be detected near the tip of the detection area.
Install the sensor on the vehicle path side to detect.

The direction discrimination function
reduces false detection of vehicles passing
