Clearing all message notifications by the message receiver
• All messages are cleared.

Lift the handset or press
SP-PHONE/MONITOR.
Hang up or press
SP-PHONE/MONITOR.

Conditions
• If the Message/Ringer Lamp does not go out after calling the extension which left the
message, another message is waiting.
• If multiple message notifications are left at your extension, call back is executed in the
order received.
• If you select a specific message to call back, the other call backs will be executed in the
order received, starting with the one selected.
(ex.) 5 → 6 → 7 → 1 → 2 → 3 → 4
