1.2 PC Programming
1.2.1 Installing and Starting the Maintenance Console
System programming, diagnosis and administration can be performed with a PC using the
Maintenance Console.
This section briefly describes how to install and start the Maintenance Console when the PC and the
PBX are connected by USB cable.
System Requirements
Required Operating System
• Microsoft Windows XP or Windows Vista Business
Minimum Hardware Requirements
• CPU: 800 MHz Intel Celeron microprocessor
• HDD: 100 MB of available hard disk space
• RAM: 128 MB of available RAM
Recommended Display Settings
• Screen resolution: XGA (1024 × 768)
• DPI setting: Normal size (96 DPI)
