04: Free slot type A, 05 to 07: Free slot type B, 08 to 11:

KX-TDA100: 00 to 06 (00: MPR slot; 01 to 06: Free slot)
KX-TDA200: 00 to 11 (00: MPR slot; 01 to 11: Free slot)
