3. Recording Modes
When you set the aperture value, the camera automatically optimises the shutter speed
for the brightness of the subject.
1 Turn the shutter speed dial to select [A] (AUTO).
2 Turn the aperture ring to select the aperture value.
Aperture-Priority AE Mode is set and the recording mode
icon changes to [A].
When compensating the exposure, adjust it with the
exposure compensation dial. (P91)
¢ You may not be able to select some values depending on zoom position.
