3. Remove the filterwheel assembly from its mounting by undoing and removing the
two securing screws (Figure 42).

4. Place the assembly on the sample accessory baseplate (Figure 43).

5. Identify the next available filter position, remove the foam and filter holder, place
the filter in the hole and place the foam spacer on top of it. Figure 44 illustrates the
assembly sequence.
The next available filter position is the next empty position working clockwise, as
shown in Figure 43. Make sure there is at least one open beam position if possible.
