– Turns off the recorder to standby mode.

– Opens or closes the disc tray.

– Switches to tuner mode and to view live
TV programmes.

– Displays or hides the on-screen
information.

PREV ./ NEXT >
– Skips to previous or next chapter/track.
– Press and hold to make a fast forward/
fast reverse search. In tuner mode,
replays or skips the current scene.

RECORD z
– Starts recording the current TV
programme or the current video input
source.
– Press repeatedly to add 30-minute
increments to the recording time.

PLAY/PAUSE u
– Pauses or resumes a live TV programme.
– Starts or pauses playback of any recorded
title or disc.

SETUP
– Enters or exits the setup menu.

– Cursor keys for moving to the left/right.
– In Time Shift mode, press and hold to
jump backward to the start or jump
forward to ‘LIVE’ mode of the Time Shift
Buffer.

– Cursor keys for moving up or down.
– In tuner mode, selects the next/previous
TV channel or the external input source
(EXT2).

the list of HDD recordings.
