Mark a segment for recording
You need to ‘mark’ the content in the
Time Shift Buffer which you want to
record to the hard disk.
To nd a scene within the title,
Use
WX or .> keys to locate the
scene.
To mark the beginning of the
recording,
Press RECORD z once.
A red marking will appear on the Time
Shift video bar.

To cancel the marked recording,
Press CLEAR.
To mark the end of the recording,
Use WX or .> keys to locate the
scene to end the recording.
Press STOP x .
A new title will be saved to the hard
disk. To playback the recorded title, see
the chapter “Playback your HDD
recordings”.
Helpful Hint:
– Once a title has been recorded to the hard
disk, all content in the Time Shift Buffer will
be cleared. The Time Shift Buffer will begin
storing TV programmes in tuner mode again.

To pause live TV, press u on the
remote control.

To resume playback, press u again.
To return to watching the live TV
programme, press TUNER.
Instant replay/forward
In tuner mode,

Press W or .on the remote control
to replay the live TV programme.
The scene jumps backward upon
every single press of this key.
B
To move forward again, press X or >
on the remote control.
The scene jumps forward upon every
single press of this key.
To return to watching the live TV
programme, press TUNER.
