Power Up
During power up, the iQ system runs a system check to search for Driver CPU
software version J or higher and a saved Learn table. This may take a few
seconds. Depending on what the system found, you’ll see one of the
following:
What you see What does it mean
Status LED illuminates amber A Learn table was found. The iQ system is
ready for configuration or music playback.
Status LED illuminates red A Learn table was not found. The piano
must be learned before attempting music
playback.

LED illuminates red
Select LEDs illuminate yellow (for one
second)
Status LED turns amber
A Learn table was found.
The system is ready for configuration or
music playback.

Status
LED illuminates red
Select LEDs illuminate yellow (for one
second)
Status LED remains red
A Learn table was not found. Learn the
piano before attempting music playback.
• Use the appropriate cable to connect iQ to the
Driver CPU. Disconnect when the learn is
complete and reinstate the wireless setup.
(For a Wired System)
Status
LED illuminates red,
Select LEDs illuminate yellow (for one
second)
Status LED remains red
This indicates one of the following:
• Cable connections are not secure. Check and
secure the cable connections between iQ and
the Driver CPU.
• The Driver CPU software version may be earlier
than I. Update the software before you continue
with system setup.
• The Driver CPU isn’t working properly. Call
PianoDisc Technical Support.
