6.5 POSSIbLE PRObLEMS ANd SOLUTIONS
Below are a list of situations which could arise with possible solutions.
Description Display message
The stove is in the start-up phase, the message “NO LIT E9” appears and the alarm beep sounds.
The stove does not ignite since the smoke temperature probe has not detected an increase in
temperature (indicating that the combustion process has not started) or there is no fuel being supplied.
When the stove is new or has shut down due to the pellets being fully depleted even if the hopper is
full, it is possible that in the ignition phase the pellets are not distributed in the combustion chamber
until the auger has been completely loaded.
