Sending a Domestic Letter
Send your letters and small parcels by Domestic Letter. Domestic Letter can be an economical way to
send your post.
1. Tap Envelope Printing on the Home screen.
2. If you use accounting, tap Account then select an account.
3. Place the envelope on the scale. The weight appears.
4. Tap Class.
5. Tap Start Over to show a list of all the available classes.
6. Tap Domestic Letter for a Domestic Letter envelope.
7. Tap Metered Letter Regular.
8. Tap Small.
9. Tap Apply.
10. Insert the envelope into the device. The device prints the postage.
Sending a Regular Large Letter
Send your Regular large letters by Domestic Large Letter. This can be an economical way to send
your post.
1. Tap Envelope Printing on the Home screen.
2. Tap Account and select an account if accounting is enabled on your device.
3. Tap Class.
4. Tap Start Over to show a list of all the available classes.
5. Tap Domestic Letter.
6. Tap Metered Letter Regular.
7. Tap Large.
8. Tap Apply.
9. Place the envelope on the scale. The weight appears.
10. Insert the envelope into the device. The device prints the postage.
