4.5.2.2 RTU Slave mode
This function allows the users to use Modbus TCP master device and Modbus RTU device to achieve communication. The
operation mode of the Industrial Modbus Gateway is set to RTU Slave. The remote pair master/slave topology in Figure 4-5-5
appears.

4.5.2.3 RTU Master mode
This function allows the users to use Modbus RTU master device and Modbus TCP device to achieve communication. The
operation mode of the Industrial Modbus Gateway is set to RTU Master. The serial telnet mode topology in Figure 4-5-7
appears.
