Managing Contacts
You can enter 99 contacts in your phone's local contact directory.
You can dial or search for a contact in this directory. You may add, edit, and
delete contacts.
You may have access to portions of your corporate directory through your
phone. The contacts that you can see are determined by your system
administrator. You can palce calls to contacts in your corporate directory. You
may be able to add contacts from the corporate directory to your local contact
directory.
Adding Contacts
You can add a contact manually, from a call list or from your corporate
directory.
Adding Contacts Manually
New entries to the local contact directory are added to the top of the list.
To add a contact to the local contact directory manually:
1. Press then select Features > Contact Directory.
2.
The Directory screen displays. <New Entry> displays at the top of the list.
3. Press to add a new entry.
