1. Set power switch to O (off).
Wait 15 seconds. Set power
switch to 1 (on).
“Ham. Coil Short * ” message. Step 2. Return printer to
normal operation.
2. Press the CLEAR switch.

3. Run a diagnostic self–test
(page 3–27).

4. Remove the shuttle cover

hole in the base casting
where the cover open sensor
is mounted.

flex circuit cables from the
connectors on the base
casting.
