Viewing a list of Spare Drives (CLU)
To view a list of spare drives:
Main Menu >> Spare Drive Management
A list of the current spare drives appears, including the following parameters:
ā¢ī ID number
ā¢ī Operational Status
ā¢ī Physical Drive ID number
ā¢ī ConīæguredīCapacity
ā¢ī Revertible ā The spare drive returns to spare status after
you replace the failed drive in the disk array.
ā¢ī Type ā Global (all disk arrays) or Dedicated (to speciīæed disk arrays)
ā¢ī Dedicated to Array ā The array to which a dedicated spare is assigned
