Modifying ERAs
The procedure below allows you to change the name of an ERA or to remove an ERA from
the franking machine.
How to Modify (or Delete) an ERA
To modify (or delete) an ERA:
1. Display the list of ERAs (see How to Display the List of ERAs on page 159).
2. Select an ERA and select Edit / Del..
The Edit ERA menu is displayed.
To change the name of the ERA:
1. Select Edit.
2. Change the ERA name using the keypad and press [OK].
The system updates the ERA list.
To delete the ERA:
1. Select Delete.
2. Confirm deletion.
The system updates the ERA list.
