How to Modify an eConf Record Status
You can modify an e-Confirmation in case you decide not to send an item processed
with an eConfirmation Service. In this case you have to edit the corresponding record
and change its status.
Record status:
• PIC Valid: corresponds to a valid mail with eConfirmation Service to track through
USPS.
• PIC Deleted: corresponds to a mail you don’t want to track anymore.
You will not receive any tracking information on records with status PIC Deleted.
To modify the status of an eConf record:
1. As a user:
Press and select the path: Online Services Change E-conf records
The record list is displayed.
2. Select a record in the list and press [OK].
3. Change record status.
