4.3.8. AT+QCFG="nwscanmode" Network Search Mode Configuration
AT+QCFG="nwscanmode" specifies the mode of searching network. If <effect> is omitted, the
configuration will take effect immediately.

If configuration parameters are omitted:

Reference
<value> A numeric parameter which indicates ring tone is open or not. The default value is 1.
