4.3.16. AT+QCFG="stateurc/enable" Enable/Disable State URC Indication
AT+QCFG="urc/port" can configure whether to allow reporting stateurc, this configuration will be saved in
the NV. It is still valid after restarting the module. The State URC refers to those who contain the keyword
"+CPIN:", "+CFUN:", "+QUSIM:" or " QIND:".
