Managed actuator states:
on The actuator is turned on.
off The actuator is turned off.

The communication with the managed

Unmanaged sensor/actuator states:
unmanaged Sensors or actuators are physically connected
to the BCM2 but not managed yet.
Note: Unmanaged sensors or actuators will disappear from the web
interface after they are no longer physically connected to the BCM2. To
manage a sensor/actuator, go to
Peripherals
(on page 115).
