Manual test
Switch off the tractor.
Secure the spreader against falling.
Turn the spreading disc manually by 1
rotation.
16 pulses/rotations must be
displayed.
If the right spreading disc is rotated, pulses
must be displayed on the right-hand side.
Test with running spreader
Ensure that no one is in the danger area of the machine.
Tractor running, active oil supply to the tractor.
Under PWM (%), enter a value of approx.
30-60%.
Start spreader discs.
Note: Due to the tolerances of the
proportional valves, the speed values on
the left and right-hand side will not be
identical.
Speed and impulses have to increase
uniformly without jumps.
Counter:
Idle 1: Number of all idle measurements
since resetting
Idle 2: Number of idle measurements
performed with alarm 31
