RTK Network
Press the key to display the currently selected RTK network.
Press the key and use the or arrow keys to select one of the following settings:
• Disabled - select disabled if the Phoenix 300 receiver will be operating with a Slingshot
®
base station via a
Field Hub™.
• VRS (Virtual Reference Station) or iMax - select the VRS or iMax option when working with a CORS
network. Select the network setting which matches the CORS network technology.
RTK Smoothing
Press the key to display the RTK Smoothing screen.
Press the key and use the or arrow keys to toggle the smoothing feature on or off.
When enabled, the Phoenix 300 will monitor the difference between the active correction mode and the next
most accurate correction source.
During operation, if the receiver experiences a loss of the desired correction signal, the receiver will apply the
monitored difference or offset to minimize any potential jumps in the real vehicle position. When the original
correction signal returns, the receiver will transition back to the desired correction signal at a rate of
0.2 inches/second [0.5 cm/second]. This feature helps to ensure that swaths remain smooth and helps to avoid
smooth pass-to-pass relative accuracy and will help keep swath patterns straight
