1.3 Determining the serial number on the REA product

When contacting the manufacturer or a system partner, it is important to quote the specific type,

software version and serial number of the affected REA product. In the case of the hardware, this

information can be found on the company sticker together with the article number.

Please make a note of this information on your delivery notes and always refer to it when

corresponding with REA Elektronik or an authorised system or service partner.

If the device is already in operation, it is possible to call up the

system information via the system menu by pressing the <ON>

button and selecting the menu item “7 Device Information".

Version of the operating program (GUI version)

Version of the verifier evaluation software (Verifier version)

Serial number of the device 0030.207.106-0XXXX-X

This should be identical to the serial number on the type plate.

The device name: Standard: SC3_default

The user name: Standard: SC3 user
