15.9 X-ray Trouble
Troubles Causes and remedies
The X-ray generation turns off.
Check to make sure that the side door of the equipment, load
port panel or rear panel is not open.
Opening the side door or panel turns off the power of the
X-ray generator. Close the door and panels, and restart.
Check to make sure that the water chiller has not shut down.
If the water chiller does not supply the required amount of
cooling water, the X-ray generation stops.
Check the software alarms, and circulate cooling water, and
restart. (Refer to “15.2 Startup”.)
The X-ray shutter does not
open.
CAUTION
Contact the maintenance personnel or
our service personnel in charge.
Don’t remove the X-ray tube.
