NOTE:
X-ray tubes, filters of FFU and the halogen lamp should be exchanged by Rigaku
service personnel.

WARNING
Metal Beryllium foil is used for the X-ray tube window. Solid Beryllium usually
has no influence on human health, but evidence exists that the personnel who
inhales the beryllium powder or vapor risks a possibility of serious injury or death.
Do not scratch, polish, and sweep with neither chemical nor bake up to
temperature so as to generate vapor or powder. In case that beryllium window is
ruptured, Personal Protective Equipment must be used and collect as much chips
as possible. Then dispose them according to local regulations. If difficulty in local
disposal exists, please gather the pieces of fractured Beryllium window up
carefully and send back them together with X-ray tube back to the manufacturer.

WARNING
Used a halogen lamp in the light unit for the pattern recognition.
Do not touch before cooling.
Wear safety gloves, when exchanging this lamp.
