The Z21
is a ROCO and Fleischmann innovation.
CV Description Range Default
#42 Signal-ID for signal 2, see CV #41 0 - 255 71
#43 Signal-ID for signal 3, see CV #41 0 - 255 71
#44 Signal-ID for signal 4, see CV #41 0 - 255 71
#45 Initialisation signal 1
Determines the signal aspect which should be displayed when the decoder is switched on.
255 = Restore last signal aspect
Displays the signal aspect again which was presented before the decoder was switched
off.
0 = Display standard signal aspect
Displays the default signal aspect of the signal (safe condition “Stop”).
1, 2, 3 … 24 = Explicit specication
Displays the rst, second, third etc. signal aspect. Invalid values lead to specication 0
(standard signal aspect).
You can nd more information on the available signal aspects in Appendix A – Signal con-
guration “Universal” or under the link provided in Appendix B – Signal congurations.
Factory setting: Restore last signal aspect.

#46 Initialisation signal 2, see CV #45 0 - 255 255
#47 Initialisation signal 3, see CV #45 0 - 255 255
#48 Initialisation signal 4, see CV #45 0 - 255 255
#61 Current DCC
ext
value from signal 1
This is the DCCext value which corresponds with the signal aspect currently being display-
ed. This CV is not a “conguration”, but rather a live value which for example can be used
for tests during commissioning. This variable can also be written, whereby invalid values
are ignored.
You can nd the valid DCCext value range in Appendix A – Signal conguration “Univer-
sal” or under the link provided in Appendix B – Signal congurations.
#62 Current DCCext value of signal 2, see CV #61 0 - 255 -
#63 Current DCCext value of signal 3, see CV #61 0 - 255 -
#64 Current DCCext value of signal 4, see CV #61 0 - 255 -
#65 Current number of the signal aspect from signal 1
This is the number of the signal aspect currently being displayed. This CV is not a “con-
guration”, but rather, similar to CV #61, a live value which for example can be used for
tests during commissioning. This variable can also be written, whereby invalid values are
ignored.
You can nd more information on the signal aspects in Appendix A – Signal conguration
“Universal” or under the link provided in Appendix B – Signal congurations.
