Warning Labels
Warning labels are afxed to the machine to make areas of danger immediately clear. The meanings
of these labels are as follows. Be sure to heed their warnings. Also, never remove the labels or allow
them to become dirty.
Caution: Pinching Hazard
Exercise caution to prevent
ngers from being pinched
when closing covers.
Caution: High Temperature
The platen and dryer become hot. Exer-
cise caution to avoid re or burns.
Caution: High Voltage
Removing the cover may
result in high-voltage elec-
tric shock.
Ink, cleaning liquid, and discharged
uid are toxic.
If these uids come into contact with
the eyes or skin, it may be hazard-
ous to the health. When performing
maintenance work, for example when
disposing of discharged uid, wear
protective eyewear and protective
gloves (refer to the safety data sheet
(SDS)).
Flammable
Ink and discharged uid are
ammable. Keep away from
open ame.
